We spoke over the phone and Jeri seemed like a possibility for housekeeping. We made an appointment - but she did not arrive. She also didn't call or e-mail - so I ultimately wasn't very impressed. If she wasn't interested that's OK - but a quick phone call or e-mail would have been a more professional approach.
