I have no previous housekeeping experience but I do have 11 years of customer service experience which I believe can help make me a quality housekeeper. For example, when you become better acquainted with regular guests, you become familiar with their preferences and as a result, a good professional relationship develops between you and the customers. This helps increase business because people enjoy dining or shopping where they know that they will be cared for. I believe this can help me become an efficient housekeeper because you learn what the owner wants to be done and the manner in which they would like matters to be done. When the owner sees the effort you put forth in trying to help keep their residence clean, they develop an appreciation for the quality service you provide for them. I take a genuine interest in my customers to help ensure that their needs are cared for and I am confident that this kind of experience will help me become an efficient housekeeper.
