I think that my cleaning skills are excellent and Mrs. Kay never complained I'm sure she is saying that because she is angry which she shouldn't be she changed the schedule I told her that I could come at 6 a.m. she said okay and then she called back stating that her husband wouldn't be awake and could I come at a later time I did tell her I would try and if she check her phone she would see that I text her and she didn't reply my message indicated that I could send someone else in my place. Mrs. Kay feels its okay for her to change the schedule but its not alright for someone to change the schedule she doesn't realize that once she makes a change its difficult to get a regular schedule I apologize that she didn't get the message but I did try to text her and if she had a problem with my service she should have brought that to my attention I asked her each time was everything okay and she said yes. Mrs. Kay was a very pleasant person but she thinks she thinks like someone is going to drop what ever I tried to accommodate her by coming at 6 a.m. what does that tell you I was trying to go above and beyond. I don't appreciate her giving me a poor rating but she has a right to have a opinion.
