Diana replied quickly to my inquiry and set-up an initial appt/ to meet in person. She speaks excellent English. She arrived on time to our estimate appointment. We provide our own supplies since we prefer to use specific green products. For the initial cleaning, she was very thorough and took her time to make sure she cleaned from top to bottom in every room and even cleaned the crumbs from my toaster oven.... More
