Hello, my name is Christi, and I just relocated from Tucson, AZ, where I have 22 years' experience with my own cleaning business. If you're looking for someone you can trust in your home/business, I have the energy and reliability to help with many projects. My background also includes: organizing, painting, floor sealing, yard work, pet/house-sitting, laundry, staining cupboards/doors, windows, and move-outs. I'm a single Christian woman who's patient with elderly, children/pets and have a reputation of paying close attention to details and deep cleanings. I have raised four daughters, two are in college and two are married with children of their own and all living in AZ. Since moving here in June, I have been working for a company cleaning the turnover apartments. In order to work for them I had to belong to an organization that does background checks and makes sure you are licensed, bonded, insured - all of which I am. But I'm realizing that I really do miss the personal aspect of taking care of people and their homes. So, I'm looking to rebuild my business again and hopefully I can start with you!
Here is a list of what I do:
* All rooms - I pick up/straighten, empty trash, dust furniture, light switches and fixtures, ceiling fans, wall hangings, cobwebs, baseboards, vacuum on and under furniture, floors, change linens, and make beds.
* Full kitchen - I clean stove top and burners, range hood, refrigerator, microwave, counter, sinks, load/unload dishwasher, and wipe down all appliances.
* Full bathrooms - I clean shower/tub, toilet, sinks, counters, mirrors, towel racks, and change out linens.
* Windows and doors - I clean inside/outside, including: door jams and handles, sills, tracking, and blinds.
* Sweeping porches and patios - wiping off banisters.
I'm use to bidding for the whole job, but open to an hourly pay if necessary. My base is $80, and I adjust accordingly depending on your needs, to be determined at the time of our interview. Thank you so much for your time and hope to be hearing from you soon!
