My job is to make sure their home is maintained so that my customers have one less thing to worry about. There is nothing like seeing the smile on their faces when they walk in to a clean, fresh-scented home. I am 20 years old and I only have about 4-5 months housecleaning experience as far a doing it as a job but I have learned a lot in that time. Like how something as simple as memorizing a client's favorite scent and cleaning products can make a huge difference in how they view you and your services. I don't just view my customers as another house to clean; I see the whole picture and try to clean their home exactly as well as they would if they had the time and energy.
