I have all my own equipment and detergents, usually name brand products, (Lysol, pledge, Murphys, Windex, etc..), unless of course you have a certain preference. I normally like to come out to my clients and introduce myself, to get a better understanding of their needs in their home before quoting a set fee. If inconvenient we can always work out something over the phone. My prices usually will beat out all others and if you are not happy with set fee, I will always work with you to come together with a rate that will make us both happy.
