Hello, this customer canceled me first due to her dog had surgery and she thought she needed to rest. Also the next day I was to come to clean for her my son got sick and I was not able to find anyone to watch him. I tried to go clean for her on Friday and said I would be to her by 12:00 p.m. because I had an interview with another customer at 10:00 a.m. and I would have had close to 6 hours to clean for her...
