When we do pre-screen, what do we look for?
During the pre-screening process our CareForce team:

My two boys (ages 3&2) had a nanny before I decide to enroll them at this facility. They have grown in the language area. The facility is kept very clean, the meals are balanced, and the ratio is well within requirements. They go outside twice a day winter permitting and give out daily report sheets. The staff is friendly, qualified and willing to help with any problems (my son had a period of separation anxiety during drop off). My boys are always sharing the things they learn about. The curriculum is varied to cover animals, plants, occupations, etc. as well as the basics (abc's, counting). They learn through a variety of means such as songs, books and art projects. I would definitely recommend this center to anyone.

I can tell you that the environment fell short. Teachers were over ratio, and the food was served on paper napkins. Children do not learn what parents expect.
