I have had the chance to get to know the ower of this company and though she has a fierce attitude, it is only because she is passionate about making sure her clients and employees are all well taken care of. I would recommend this company to anyone because not only is the owner a wonderful person but her staff is amazing as well. They work hard to find excellent caregivers. My mom has never been happier with the services she is receiving and I feel confident leaving my mom in the hands of "From the heart home cares" caregivers.

I have worked for From the Heart home Care off and on since it started. The paperwork is easy and straightforward. They always have provided me with good support and are very professional. Management is the best and staff were always helpful and ready to assist.

I would recommend this business to anyone who is tired of looking after their loved ones. Great personality of the owner ,responding quickly to client and their family needs while arranging for the best match to get fir the person in need. Workers and office employees always nice and respectful to ur needs and answering the phone calls in a matter of seconds...

Wow. This lady. How could someone be so unreliable. The women running this company is a complete lunitic. How can the State of Connecticut let someone like this run a business. She lies to her clients and their families and from what I hear treats her employees with the utmost disrespect. She clearly cannot run a business because she has no idea how to properly treat her clients and NOT lie to them or their families. If you want complete chaos brought into your life, well you made the right choice. This lady will take you and your money for a run. She does not have their needs in mind and sends caregivers that can not communicate with family to discuss what was going or what happened during the day. How are people supposed to be at ease when the caregiver can't even communicate with their client! She's clearly only interested in making money. She'll sweet talk you until she wants more money from you then the Devil comes out and she shows a disgusting side. If you love your family member DO NOT HIRE THIS AGENCY! Completely disgusting and the State of Connecticut should be disgusted.

Worst caregivers I ever have

My cousin from Bristol.CT who become a widow over a year ago after 46 years of great marriage was lost healthwise/her MS got worse.I contacted EVA at From the Hearth LLC,the person they have sent was very kind,polish speaking,caring,always on time,helpful.She was there for 4 h a day,helping with every day activities.talking,socializing,taking my cousin shopping,to the doctors appointments.I always was able to call the office,get fast responses.My cousin had to move in with her son's family .because of high cost of property taxes,but we give the best recommendation for From THE HeartLLC.They have made a GREAT difference in caring for my cousin in her worse time of need,right after the funeral.I would recommend their services to any person,elderly or disabled.They really CARE!!!
