This company operates under extremely shady business practices. They refused to honor my Living Social voucher at face value, rather than promotional value. This is illegal and against the CARD act and consumer protection laws.
This is a questionable business practice. They were paid the $67, they should honor it as cash towards a full priced cleaning. They did not.
I certainly would not allow them near my valuables if this is how they operate.

my Mom bought a gift vertificate for my birthday as my apartment was just the pits and I am not very good at cleaning. My place was a mess and had not been cleaned in months.
Fresh Crystal was professional and respectful. They cleaned my place amazingly. It not only looked clean, it felt clean and this wasn't just fragrance talking. Something special was in the air that just perked you up.
I will definitely have them back even though I will pay for it this time and not my Mom. But now at least I know what present to get my Mom for Mothers day
