They left so much grime around and on the kitchen counters my landlord is taking out part of deposit to pay for another cleaning crew to come. They also managed to break a sliding tray in the kitchen cabinetry. And, while they did vacuum the carpet, they completely missed the corners, leaving lots of visible cat hair, another reason my landlord is demanding to get it recleaned.
When I contacted the manager of this project, he initially said the crew would call me back, but they did not. When I followed up on this just a short while ago, he said they didn't have enough time to finish, which makes no sense given that they were doing cursory cleaning around the area when I popped in around the 1 hour mark... I had paid for 2 people for 4 hours. My apartment was 2 bedrooms.
But they knew I had to leave go to work, and didn't bother trying to contact me about more hours.

I cannot rate the actual house cleaning services, because they never showed up. I was in a pinch and needed a quick turnaround. I took off of work to meet the person and no one showed up. I tried numerous times to contact Todd, who was the one I had spoken to, and never received a return call or text. I was VERY disappointed. I simply needed a call saying you could not provide the service. I will tell all of my friends not to bother calling this company.

We do not recal ever having any appointments with you for a home cleaning. We also return the messages that customers leave. Not sure where this is coming from

I have had my house cleaned for over twenty years and never have I had my house cleaned as thoroughly as Elk Grove Cleaning did. Great price and very flexible!!

I am very happy with Todd & his team. I am able to communicate with everyone who comes to my home & they do an excellent job. I am super picky about housekeepers, and have never been able to retain the services of any one because they are never up to par, until now! I highly recommend Elk Grove Cleaning & am excited to finally have routine cleaning services!

Elk Grove cleaning service is highly recommended. I have used them for about 3 months now and so far I have been a very happy customer. They not only give excellent cleaning service, they are also very honest and trustworthy. They have found my mother's gold necklace and my son's wallet and turned them over immediately. These are items that we did not even notice were missing, especially the gold necklace which was found on our driveway. I value honesty and trustworthiness in a house cleaning service as these are people that we let into our home. Thank you for doing an excellent job all the time.!

My house hadn't been cleaned well in a long time. The Elk Grove Cleaners came and made everything sparkle, from the floors to the appliances. I love their attention to detail. It felt so good to come home to a super clean house. Would definitely recommend!

I have been using Todd and his team for about 2 months now...they always do a great job! They are always on time and concentrate on the things I want them to. They also did a nice deep cleaning for me. Would recommend them to everyone!!

I've been using Elk Grove Cleaning for about 5 months and I am very satisfied with the services I've received. From painting, handyman services and cleaning. I've used house cleaners for 20+ years and none of them have done as good a job as EG Cleaning. Their prices are extremely reasonable for the work they do.
