Ecomaids - Warminster

I'm happy with Ecomaids, but not thrilled. The first time they cleaned, they did a full-house regular service visit. Three women cleaned, and they did a decent job. However, there were a few issues - first, the pantry in the kitchen was not cleaned, it had food splatter left on it. Second, the eco friendly glass cleaner left some streaks on surfaces. My last complaint is, the website states they will make every effort to have the same cleaning crew come to your house each time. I've used Ecomaids about 5 times, and never once has the same person cleaned. The customer service staff is always very friendly on the phone. They are prompt to return my calls and emails. I am a fan of the fill-in service for when I only need my bathroom and kitchen cleaned. However, their prices have recently gone up, so I have hired a cleaning woman instead.
