We have been pleasantly surprised with this Kindercare. I also saw the negative reports and agree that they don't have a great track record. I looked closer at the Colorado Dept. of Human Services reports (which are available to anyone on the CDHS website) and through my own research have discovered that they have made great strides since they have been under new management. I knew something up with this place because there was not a waiting list to enroll our child when every other decent daycare had up to a year waiting list. We reluctantly gave them a try mostly because we were in a pinch and figured we could switch schools as soon as a spot opened up elsewhere. We haven't looked back since. We are very happy with the teachers and the director and assistant director. The staff is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Our daughter loves her teachers and I can tell that her teachers love taking care of the kiddos. There's usually the same 3 teachers in her class so she doesn't have to get used to a different caregiver everyday. Overall we are very happy with this school. The only negative is that it's kind of an older building, and the place smells like bleach, but we are impressed with the large outdoor play area. I definetly recommend the Holly St. Kindercare if you're looking for a daycare in the Denver area.

From the smell of diapers in the room to the mess on the floor, this place is the worst one I've tried. Bumps and bruises all the time with out explanation. They have numerous reports filed against them and even the health department threaten to close them down. Please do not send your child here.
