When we do pre-screen, what do we look for?
During the pre-screening process our CareForce team:

- Conducts an online media search for negative, newsworthy incidents
- Performs an overall reputation check by reading a sample of online reviews

Our daughter Sloane currently attends daycare at Creative Kids. We did a lot of research and site visits to other daycares when we were looking- nothing seemed to fit until we found Creative Kids. We are extremely impressed with the care we have received. We honestly feel so lucky to have found Sadia and her team- we talk about it all the time. Sadia and everyone on staff treats and loves our daughter as if she was their own. It feels like we are leaving our daughter with family.
To give a specific example, our daughter had severe acid reflux from the time she was born until just a few months ago. It was really difficult because she would cry a lot and could not be laid on her back for 30-40 minutes after each feeding. She would also wake up from naps early (usually after just 30 minutes) . Sadia and JJ were so loving and wonderful throughout the entire thing- almost as concerned as Iwe were about the pain our daughter was feeling. I never doubted that they were giving her the extra care and attention she needed.

Our 13-month-old son has been going to Sadia's house for daycare for four months now and we have found his experience to be safe, happy and loving. He's always excited to be dropped off and still smiling when we pick him up 9 hours later. Sadia and her assistant clearly love our son like their own. They cook the kids delicious and healthy food, which is especially important to us. Sadia's home environment is much more comfortable and personal than the industrial daycares. We also appreciate her flexibility with our schedules, which is difficult to find. We absolutely recommend Sadia as a daycare provider.

Sadia and Creative Kids is a wonderful establishment that has provided a loving, safe, and educational environment for all three of our children. We interviewed many, many providers in our search for quality day care. Sadia stands head and shoulders above the rest. She provides a structured day of age-appropriate activities, outside and inside time, nutritious meals, and lots of love. She reads to the children regularly and it shows in their language development and interest in reading. As a mom of an accomplished college student and an early childhood educator, she understands the needs of children AND parents. She has helped us identify the needs of each of our children and has worked with us to help them as they transitioned from infancy to toddlerhood and beyond. We always know that our children are in good hands when we take them to Sadia. Often, they don't want to leave! We have been so thankful to have Creative Kids in our lives.

We interviewed many in-home providers and visited several institutional centers before choosing Sadia and Creative Kids to care for our newborn son in 2008. Philip attended Creative Kids from 3 months until age 3 where he was loved like a family member and he thrived. Unlike my friends' kids, Philip didn't bring home colds and sniffly noses from daycare. When he was little I brought breast milk in bottles, and then Sadia worked with us to transition to rice cereal, milk, and then solid food.
