Condos to Castles Cleaning and Light Construction offers personalized/individualized residential (and commercial) cleaning services for permanent residents, vacation/rental flips, cleanouts, overhauls, packing and unpacking for moves, and we also have an incredibly experienced home maintenance technician capable of handling small to medium sized home projects. We pay extreme attention to detail and one of the 2 owners is always on site with one other or 2 to 3 others depending on the day's scheduling and/or your request and time constraints. We are recognized for little touches such as folding the toilet paper, filling the water of the keurig, watering plants, walking the dog, freshing pet bowls or liter boxes, emptying the dishwasher and leaving soap in it ready to go for the next load - one less step you have to take in your busy day. We stay small so we can hire a small crew that follows our meticulous ways and work ethics. We have a company care and provide our own equipment and products but will certainly use something you wish to specify.
