I was researching care providers in my area and I called children's village to ask a few questions. The lady answered the phone and she was very rude. She wouldn't answer many of my questions and told me I would just have to come in to talk to the person in charge. Well needless to say, if there were people like that working in the facility, I wasn't interested anyway.

Well, I had not worked in childcare/daycare for years.Then I got an opportunity to train in one for experience other than elderly care , which is my career choice. I was so impressed with the curriculum , being play-based learning! what a wonderful idea! To let children learn in a fun, but serious way. The children were so bright and usually happy. Brenda Chapin, is an excellent director! So good with the kids, patient,compassionate , but yet firm. I recommend Childrens' Village to anyone looking for a safe, clean and family-oriented childcare center.
