Hi! I'm a junior studying Early Childhood Education. I love being around kids. They always make me smile and laugh even when I am in a sour mood. This spring (2013) I have been student teaching in Early Head Start - and love it. It's been an awesome experience and am so sad that I will have to leave it. I have lots of experience from being a camp counselor, mother's helper (three kids - age 4, 7 and 8, now teenagers) and babysitting (two kids ages 3, 5 and twins age 5, now 9). I cared for my younger cousins from the age of 5 months to 14 years old. So, I have been around children all my life. I have been a junior counselor for more than five years and a counselor for four years. When I was a junior in high school (2008/2009), I helped out at a social skills group for children with special needs. I am also very family oriented and hope to have a large family of my own someday in the future. If there is anything else you would like to know do not hesitate to ask. I will answer anything!
