My experience is 7-8 years in child care: ages from children 6 months old to 8 years old. My experience includes: feeding, napping, dressing, changing, diapers, playing in/out, cooking, preparing snacks/lunch/dinner and light cleaning. We go on outings to parks/library. I help with homework, read books, play piano, etc. For playing: we played hide and seek, catch balls, kick balls, Frisbee, puzzles, dolls, dinosaurs, coloring, arts and crafts, board games.

I've taught English and Japanese. I was a teacher in Japan to school aged children for 4 years. I also taught Japanese at a local elementary school as an after school activity. I organized all the curriculum on my own, created textbooks, new games, dance movements, etc. I always make sure safety first when I'm with children. I observe well and make reports to parents if I find anything different or new, by writing or verbally.

I love reading books. I grew up with lots of Japanese folk stories. I enjoy sharing them with children.
