I had just recently finished my degree in Child Development at CSU Sacramento (First Aid / CPR certified). During my study, I worked at a day care center located on my school campus for 4 years. Over the 4 years of my job, I worked with children of ages ranging from 6 months - 5 years old. Throughout my job working with children, I have taken charge of the classroom in placement of a lead teacher's absence to over watch 15 - 20 children along with 2 staffs to ensure children's health and safety by routinely checking the roster and closely monitoring children, planned and implemented age appropriate activities for children, extended on children's learning & interest, responded to children accordingly and appropriately to their wants & needs, provided support for children physically and emotionally, communicate with staff , parents and family daily. My evaluations of this job have shown positive result of I as a staff who has always been on time, maintained good attendance, demonstrated responsibility & flexibility by completing tasks & achieving objectives accordingly to the class program, and showed great enthusiasm working with children. I am easy going, patient and flexible.
