I am a mother of one child (16-year-old young man). Since my son was born, I discovered my endless love and care for children. I used to work in medical nursing field. I always had in my heart the love and care for people in need. But when it comes to children, I cannot describe my joy to make a child happy. I have been a nanny for the past 12 years. I still remember the first children I cared for. I saw them grow up, learning new words, walking their first steps. I was there with them, feeding them, washing them, playing, reading, walking to the park, the zoo, the library. I was their mother when she was not there, that is how I look at it. Being a nanny is more than a profession and a pay check. I cherish the children but I don't spoil them, I love them with all my heart, but I want them to learn how to become independent and responsible. Caring for children is an art that requires you to be patient, honest, gentle, kind, understanding, professional and a loving person.
