I feel like I would make a great match with a family and have listed some of my qualifications below.
My qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and extensive childcare experience. Thai culture instills respect, politeness, friendliness, hospitality and restraint from negative emotions. In addition to proper upbringing, young Thais (and especially young women like me) are relatively conservative and so mature in my behavior. Consequently, I will be less likely to socialize excessively and neglect my responsibilities. Thailand is called the land of smiles! We are very easy to get along with.
Currently I am back in the Houston area looking for a new family to provide child care.
But let me tell you about my history.
I was an Au Pair until October 11, 2010. My principal duty with this family was taking care of two young boys and one baby. They were 11 years old, 10 years old and the baby was 1 year and 5 months. I've been with the baby since he was 9 months old.
I'm so proud of him as he has grown and developed. We have a great connection and were lucky enough to have special times together. I made him meals, took him out for walks, fed him, played with him, and, of course, changed his diaper. I was so excited to see him from his first step to now running. I helped teach him to speak from his first word - dada (dad); until now he can called my name NAN NAN. I brushed his teeth from when he has just one tooth until now he has nine teeth. I loved to cook and I let him try my Thai food and taught some easy Thai words to him.
Whenever I see them smiling, hear their happy laugh, or hear them call my name sweetly, I never got tired. My time I had with the children was a wonderful time here. Before this host family I had my first host family in Rosswell, GA. I took care of two girls. They were 7 years old and 4 years old. I love them and feel like they are my real younger sisters. We had great time together and still keep in touch.
I'm responsible, patient, active, joyful, friendly, caring and honest. I love children and I can keep them happy. I think childhood is a very important step of their life. They need one who can take care and help grow them both body and mind.
So please choose me as your Babysitter! I think I will do a great job for your children.
