Well I have 2 years experience in caring for my cousin's 5 children after school. Mostly the job consisted of me picking them up from the school bus, bringing them home sitting them down to do their homework. Short snack, a few activities afterward, or television if that's what they preferred. There were 5 kids so I kind of got creative with activities after awhile. They range from ages 2-13, so I'm pretty experienced at all age levels. I like to become familiar with the child's likes/needs, and I begin to make decisions based off of getting to know them a little more. Not to mention I have a daughter of my own, she is 2 years of age. I like to think I am a good mom, & if you were to ask anyone about me I think they'd probably say that I'm awesome with kids in general. I definitely know how to handle all types of attitude, & that just comes from working in retail, customer service jobs, etc. I'd say I am a good candidate all around. But I will let you be the judge of that.
