I had assisted in my mother's at home daycare, throughout the time it was in business (2006-2008). Parents would commend the responsibility and connection I had with their children, even at such a young age (12-14 years old). I have had babysitting experience for family friends, as well as relatives. As a full-time student, I have had more experience with community service rather than work. These services include Big Brothers Big Sisters, hosting of events for Autistic children, working at my church's food pantry, performances on the flute in city-wide concerts, as well as volunteer work in Costa Rica. I am currently enrolled in Hunter College as a psychology major and when the semester finishes in May, I will have very flexible hours. Families that reside in Bronxville and Yonkers, as well as adjacent areas are preferred.
