I am not one to write reviews, but I really think Veronica deserves some praise! I interviewed several candidates to help me with my two children - a two year old girl and a newborn baby-boy - for a couple of hours each evening. Veronica stood out from all the other candidates. Her manners, conversation skills, and experience truly impressed me. My husband and I selected Veronica among several candidates and we are happy we did. After just a few days with my family, I felt like I knew Veronica for a long time. She is extremely good with my daughter, reads and sings to her, and has successfully given her a bath and put her to bed, which can be a challenge with my girl. She is also great with the baby and was able to soothe him during his several bouts of crying. She is willing to help with other chores around the house and is extremely awesome with my chocolate lab! What I appreciate the most is that she always keeps the lines of communication open. One time when she had a runny nose, she informed me, but told me that she was available, and gave me the opportunity to decide what my comfort level was - whether she should come by or not. She is extremely punctual and has never been late. I enjoy Veronica, as do my kids. My family hopes she'll be a part of our lives for a long time. Anyone she works for will be lucky.
