Due to my love of children, I have been an experienced babysitter for 6 years now. Right before entering high school, I took a few classes and became certified through that particular program, where I learned child care skills and CPR.

Throughout my high school years, I babysat for parents around my neighborhood, family friends, and other various families. I have watched kids ranging from newborns up to 12 years old. I also am helping raise my 2-year-old brother, which has been wonderful and has taught me many lessons.

During my sophomore year of high school, I became a lifeguard, in turn renewing my CPR certification, while gaining First Aid and Red Cross certification. I have been a lifeguard for 4 years now and plan to continue this occupation throughout college. Therefore, on top of child care experience, I also have CPR, First Aid and Red Cross certifications.

To tell you a little bit about myself: I am 18 years old and currently enrolled in St. Edward's University, where I plan to obtain my degree in photo communications. One day, I hope to become a photo journalist for National Geographic. I am a very friendly, approachable, ambitious, and studious person.
