Hello! My name is Vanessa, I have worked with children ages 0-7 for over 6 years. I first started working with children in an in-home daycare with 8-10 children at a time. My tasks were to play with the children, feed them, read to them, change diapers, etc. After two years at the daycare I became a part-time nanny for two wonderful children ages 8 months and 2 years old while I was finishing school. My duties as a nanny were to pick up the children from daycare/school, take them out for some outside activities, play and do art projects with them, bathe both children and prepare their dinner. After I graduated with a BA in Liberal Studies and a minor in Psychology I became a preschool teacher which is where I am currently working. I work with children ages 2 and 3, the preschool is very structured and we go by a day to day schedule. I absolutely love working with children and watching their mind as well as themselves grow in ways that bring me such joy. I am very loving, kind, respectful and responsible. I would love to find a great family in which I could help raise their most precious possessions as well as help me grow as a child caregiver.
