My names Vanessa, I am 21, I have baby sat for numerous individuals since I was 13. I started in a program called Mother of Preschoolers, I would look after the 2-4-year-olds from 9 a.m. -1 p.m. , to give the moms some time to fellowship. I babysat for a single mom for about a year before I went to college usually from 10 a.m. to 10-11 p.m. 2 boys 3 and 5. It is an absolute joy taking care of children. I have been in the nursery for years at my church and loved every minute of it. I always respect the parents rules for the children, as well as their disciplinary actions, however as the babysitter I never overstep the boundaries that have been set for me. A time-out is the only punishment I feel comfortable giving or a verbal warning for when the parents get home. I love children, they hold a special place in my heart, I have cared for twins, children with autism to those who have major separation anxiety and wouldn't trade those experiences for the world. Each child is precious in their own way, I love catering to their talents and interests and watching them grow. :) They are a true blessing to any household.
