Welcome! My name is Vanessa and I am currently a freshman at SFSU. I am the eldest daughter of six children (yes, six!) and have experience with children ranging in age from newborn to teenagers.
To me, nothing is more satisfying than watching children experience, grow, and thrive from their surroundings. I find myself often learning from the children I watch, never letting myself forget the simplicities of life and taking the time to slow down and soak in the small, yet precious moments.
I have held countless babysitting jobs in my area and can provide several excellent references if necessary. In high school, I was also part of a teaching internship and therefore have 300+ hours of hands-on experience in a first/seventh grade classroom. To put it simply, children are my passion but also my second nature. At home, I was like the second momma and took on a lot of responsibilities for my parents. I am fun, positive, outgoing, and would love to lend a helping hand with your wonderful children!
