I have four brothers, two sisters, 11 nieces and nephews, and most importantly to me, two wonderful children, 19 and attending the university and who will be 15 in 3 short weeks, and who loves golfing, caddying, boy scouts, especially his progress in scouting. I enjoy infants, toddlers, school-aged children, even adolescents! Children have that special degree of wonder, amazement at what we adults take for granted, such as a leaf falling from the sky, drops of water, bubbles. Who needs expensive toys when there is limitless imagination in even the youngest mind? I have never sought certification for child care because I have a strong background in psychology, sociology, and my own personal experience in raising two amazing, healthy, happy, well-adjusted honor students I loved, since I knew they were a part of me, and always will be. If that is the only issue preventing my consideration for a job, I will get appropriate information as to securing that certification.
