Valerie is a just an incredible nanny. Valerie has been with us since March. It breaks our hearts that we had to let her go, as we are moving four hours away due to a job relocation. There is no way we would have let her go, unless we had to move. Valerie is really all of the best that you can hope for in a nanny. Valerie is very calm, caring and patient. My littlest does not take well to new people. Within a minute of meeting her, he was sitting of her lap like he has known her all his life. Valerie is also very creative. Within two weeks of hiring her, she asked if it was okay to bring over supplies to decorate eggs for Easter. The other day, we had an oatmeal container for recycle and she came up with the idea to have my four year old turn it into a fish tank with a little pipe cleaner, construction paper and some paint. Another time, they made lava lamps with some old soda bottles. The lava lamps were a big hit. Valerie is always on the move and has a lot of energy with the kids. She is outside with my boys all the time. They are on the swing set, chasing each other around the yard and climbing trees. In the summer, it is squirt guns in the yard and the winter is soccer or baseball. Valerie also takes them to the library, children's museum, Botanical Gardens, Trinity Park and the zoo. She really likes to keep my boys busy. Valerie is very dependable. She is always a few minutes early and ready to go. She is also very respectful of my need to have someone there, so I can work. She has even arranged for someone to come in her place more than one when she had to miss work. She even had the substitute nanny show up the day before so it would be smooth the following day. I really could go on and on. We are truly going to miss her.

Valerie has taken care of our 2 children (ages 4 and 17 months) for several months now and she is just wonderful. Our kids love her and my husband and I always know they are in good hands when we are out of the house. She takes them through their entire daily routine while we are at work and it's great to come home to children fed, bathed and in their pj's ready for bed after a long day of playing. Valerie is super creative and the kids are always kept busy with fun activities. We highly recommend her.
