At a young age, I began babysitting in my home town. After I graduated from high school I nannied for several different families for about 7 years. During these times I not only cared for the children, I was a role model, a teacher, a friend, as well as a family member, not only to the children but to the parents as well. I feel that my passion for child care started with one particular family. I began babysitting for this family at a young age. Some of the experiences I have had with this family throughout the years; school and church plays, first communions, confirmations, high school sporting events, numerous birthdays, high school and college graduations, and family vacations. Having shared these moments and experiences throughout the years with this family has made me realize how much of an impact I have made in the lives of these children whom are now all adults. Therefore, I hope to continue to do so with other children and their families.
