I'm a mother to a 19-month-old girl. I'm currently looking for a nanny position part-time where I am able to care for your child(ren) and mine. I'm having the time of my life being a mommy!
I have a niece and nephews and loads of friends with young children that I have cared for. I have had babysitting experience since the age of 12. I have cared for children from newborn to age 10. I also have 2 years experience as a middle school youth leader working with kids ages 12-14. I worked caring for an 18-month-old little boy and his 10-year-old sister last year. I also worked previously caring for a little boy full-time from the time he was 7 months until he turned 1. I currently am caring for a 3-month-old baby girl overnight a couple nights per week, as well as, some on-call child care. I am currently interested in adding a couple days per week to my daytime schedule.
I have 6.5 years of experience in health care and am adult and infant CPR certified. I am extremely clean, organized, punctual and am fantastic at keeping a schedule. I'm have a very open, genuine and friendly personality and I am a non-smoker. I also have a reliable, fully insured, large SUV and a clean driving record. I am familiar with Baby Wise and teaching baby sign language as my husband and I have used both for our daughter. I also have a lot of ideas for fun daily learning activities and crafts for all ages that I would love to enjoy with your child! My daughter loves to play outdoors so when the weather permits we like to be outside at the park or going on walks. When the weather isn't so nice we like to go to activities like play time at the local community centers, story time at the library, and an occasional trip to the children's museum.
