I love children. I first started babysitting when I was 15 and I am now 23. I am very loving and caring and I am very passionate about children. I feel that out next generation learns from those who take care of them and I give 100% to make everything a fun, safe, learning experience. I started babysitting for family and friends years ago and now I baby-sit for mostly family, friends and friends of friends. In high school I volunteered at a local daycare and then later ass a full time job I then worked in a group home where I took care of adults with special needs. After that I continued to baby-sit but I also worked for a home health care company and I took care of younger children with special needs. I have however felt that I was able to really get along and connect with children and I began to work in a school as a para-professional working with the lower kids in the kindergarten and volunteered time in first grade as well. I then moved after the school year was done. I recently came back and I am now looking for work but volunteering everyday in the local school in the kindergarten and then I do substitute some days as an Educational Assistant working more one on one with students that either need a little extra help or special need students. I love working with kids and helping them explore and learn everyday. I feel that a job dealing with children is where I will end up because I cant go a day without a smile on my face given by them.
