Tracee had applied to my posting and I had requested an interview with her. She showed up on-time and was dressed in a professional manner. She was very polite and respectful in her responses to my questions. Tracee is very personable and easy to talk to. Although I did not hire Tracee, she was the second in line for my position. Any family that chooses her to care for their kids would truly benefit.
