“ During high school, I was a dance teacher for three years before entering college. I taught at my dance studio and at Camp OCSHA. I absolutely loved it. I taught ballet, tap, jazz and hip hop to children between the ages of 2 and 12. I absolutely loved watching the kids grow from class to class. I was so proud of them. If the location of my college had made the commute possible I would still be teaching there....

I taught ballet, tap, jazz and hip hop to children between the ages of 2 and 12. I absolutely loved watching the kids grow from class to class. I was so proud of them. If the location of my college had made the commute possible I would still be teaching there. During the school year I am a tutor at a local elementary school near my college, Loyola Mary Mount University in their Lions for Learning program. I mostly tutor kindergartners and have worked with older kids as well. All of my previous jobs have involved helping children learn, whether it be in academics or in dance. I love helping kids fulfill their potential.
