In 2003, I became a certified Foster Care Parent who has since adopted a group of 4 siblings with ages of 12-17. We home-school our children with yearly testing in which they rank in the 95%. I have extensive training in child care as well as "hands-on" experience. My background in nursing has aided me in emergency medical needs. I am organized, artistic and love to cook. When my children were in public school, I was a substitute teacher in grades K - 5. I am well versed in the educational field. My children currently take piano and a "Spanish". I have also performed long term care for the elderly. I am a certified CNA out of North Carolina. I will be glad to be an aid for daily personal care, a companion, helper, cook or daily chores. I have a safe driving record and have a background check with with department social services.
