I am infant-toddler Teacher, certified in Early Education and Care and have worked for 5 years at a center, as an Assistant Teacher. I mainly worked with infants and toddlers, but have also worked with preschoolers. I was a nanny for a 3-year-old girl and her 6-year-old brother for 11 months, and I currently work part-time as a nanny for three boys (ages five, two and two months), in addition to babysitting for some local families.

I am a 2011 graduate of Wheelock College, a college known internationally for improving the lives of children and their families. My major was American Studies. I took numerous courses relating to the emotional, physical and psycho-social well being of children and took a full year of Human Growth and Development.

I have worked with children in other contexts than just at a center. I did a six-week internship at a hospital where I helped to plan educational projects and activities for the older toddlers. In addition, I did a semester-long field placement at a staff school where I observed the cognitive, social-emotional, physical and language development of one focus child and wrote three papers analyzing the child's cognitive, social-emotional development.

I greatly enjoy experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen!
