Taylor B.

Taylor worked for us until my father passed away last week. She was everything we could have hoped for in a caregiver. She was wonderful at working with my father who was 87 and suffering from end stage COPD. Her upbeat, positive personality made her a delight to see everyday and helped him feel better about life. However, it was her ability to sense just exactly what my dad needed and make sure he was well cared for that was so important to us. Initially, we worried that her age would make it difficult for my dad to relate to her but he loved her. They sat on the porch all day talking about whatever came to mind. He really enjoyed her company. In addition to companionship, she took care of his medications, his nutrition and diet, and assisted with doctor visits. She was meticulous in recording relevant information such as times of his meds, what he ate, how much, and any other information we might need. In the last few days of his life, she was an absolute rock. We could not have gotten through the last months and especially the last weeks without her.
