Over the past 10 years I have provided childcare for at least 10 families. From 2000 to 2001 I nannied for 3 children ranging in age from newborn to 5 years of age. From 2001 to 2002 I nannied for a family with 3 children ranging in age from 2 to 5 years old. From 2003 to 2004 I taught Sunday School for children, ages 3 to 5 years old. From 2005 to 2008 I nannied for a family with 3 boys ranging in age from 3 to 8 years old. I also worked as a nanny for a family with a 2-year-old little girl and a newborn baby girl.

From 2009 to 2012 I cared for adults with developmental disabilities whom often times resemble children in their maturity level. Most of my clients were behavioral, helping me to develop tools to empower them to take responsibility for their own actions and make good decisions.

During my experiences nannying over the years I have cleaned, done the family's laundry, driven children to and from school, prepared meals, provided overnight care for up to two weeks at a time. My top priority is always to create the necessary structure to aid in each child's individual growth and development. I pay close attention to the needs of each child because each child is different. Because consistency is so vital to children's development I am always respectful of the values and parenting style of each family, making it a top priority to communicate with each parent about what is already being taught in the home.
