I have 20 years of experience caring for children. I will be 40 years old in May. I have 2 history classes left for my BA in Psychology. My past experience includes doing therapeutic staff support (I worked on behavioral issues one on one), worked in an autism school as a personal care aid for 4 years, and I have done therapeutic foster care for 3 years.
I provide first shift, before/after school for Scotland elementary and summer care. I am open to overnights and possibly weekends depending on your schedule. I prefer not to do second shift, unless it is an occasional thing. My family and I all have clearances, and I am willing to work with special needs. I have children of my own and also have a stepdaughter. Their ages are 21, 16, 13 and 12. I can be flexible with you're schedule. I am CPR/first aid certified. I live very close to the Chambersburg Mall. I provide care to 3-year-old twins part-time. I am currently in the process of becoming licensed.
