I absolutely love working with children and have slightly over 1,200 volunteer hours with the YMCA as a Summer Camp Counselor. During these summers I supervise the activities of 15-25 4-7 years old, whether it is lunch time, outdoor or indoor recess, and swimming. I make sure to submerse myself in each activity by playing and interacting with the children.
In Tifton, Georgia I spent a couple summers volunteering at a local church's daycare facility called "Maggie Camble." There I worked in the nursery, caring for premature babies all the way to 3-year-olds.
As a senior from Thomas County Central High, and a sophomore at Thomas University, I privately tutor elementary to middle school students in all subjects. I am available for high school tutoring as a National Honor Society member.
I can also care for more that one child of any age infant through 14, while also providing academic assistance to several children within the group.
