When I owned my Childcare business, I worked with neighborhood families children to prepare them for kindergarten. I provided their children with social-emotional, physical & cognitive growth in my home with daily developmental & educational challenges in a positive-structured environment. I provided art, music reading, history and science, small & large motor activities daily. As the President of Grand Dale Neighborhood Association for 12 years, I organized several charity & fund-raising events for the Redford Township community. Also, as a PTO President of Thomas Jefferson Elementary, I organized several events & fundraisers for the Thomas Jefferson students, families, staff & school. Structure & consistency is the key to a busy schedule. But, flexibility is the key to a fun-filled & successful day.

I have 24 years of progressive responsibility in educational, retail and office management with a success in managing educational advancements, cost reduction, reorganization, multi-store management, and customer service satisfaction.
