This lady is very unprofessional and is more concerned with making money than taking care of babies.
She is in the childcare industry but does not understand that every baby is different. She kept complaining about how fussy my 3 month old baby was. She never bothered to ask how the baby's temperament is, but proceeded to tell me what to do at home.

Mrs. Lahue was informed on one occasion (the last day I saw her child) that I believed that the diarrhea filled with chunks of white were due to his inability to digest the special "nighttime" formula he was eating and that after patting his back for over an hour he let out three huge burps and then was clearly much more comfortable than he had been all day.
