Susan was available last minute to watch my 2 kiddos. I took a risk with her because we had never met before I had dropped my kids off. She was understanding when I took a picture of her driver's license. If I'm ever in a bind again and she is available I will be dropping my kids off to her. She sent me pictures of snack time and then when they were picked up she let me know and how long the kids slept for.
