Summer worked for us part-time (3-4 days per week) for nearly a year. The kids loved her. She's very responsible and never left us hanging. Unfortunately our schedules changed and didn't match up to continue the regular job, but she still sits for us occasionally. She is definitely one of the best sitters we've ever hired.
