My most recent experience is working nine years working with high school students in the school system. Prior to that, I had several jobs working with younger children. In my home town I worked at a daycare while attending college for one year. I also was a babysitter for three children (infant, 3-year-old and a 7-year-old) for three years. After leaving home, I spent a summer as a nanny watching two kids ages 5 and 7. I then went away to college and spent time in the schools doing robotics with elementary to high school aged kids. In the summers I did museum summer camps for children ages 7-12. Finally, just before I started teaching high school Chemistry, I worked for a summer at a daycare.
