I have cared for children for almost 10 years in various capacities and have worked as a teacher's aide in Special Ed at an accredited middle school. I've also coached various after school sports and have served as a private tutor. I have attended several ABA trainings and some Early Childhood Education classes. I am respectful, well-mannered and enjoy playing with and teaching kids of all ages. I have cared for numerous children throughout the years as a family member, baby sitter, nanny and in an educational setting. My childcare philosophy is to always teach as well as nurture at every opportunity. I've been described as fun, easygoing and responsible. I encourage creativity and nutrition as well as respectfulness and safety. I've had amazing experiences and would like to continue as a part-time nanny or babysitter for as long as I can. I look forward to cultivating meaningful relationships and learning and exploring new challenges, always hoping to open the eyes up of a child as well. I have wonderful references, if they are requested. I am comfortable with pets (I have an awesome little dog of my own), light housework, being a mother's helper, clerical work and artwork.
