Stephanie is a tremendous blessing to our family. She began working for us when our first daughter was 3 months old, and has continued as a caring, calm and loving presence in our house as we added a second baby girl two years later. Both our girls adore her and she cares for them will all the love, nurturing and kindness I could have wished for. She is prompt, reliable, dependable and has my full trust when our children are in her hands. She also does a fantastic job of looking after our 12 year old son, successfully achieving a balance between being a stable authority and a fun-loving "big sister". Over time, she has also shared some of her additional talents with us - doing special art projects with the kids, preparing a delicious gourmet meal, decorating for a party. By the way, she is a terrific party planner. If you need to plan a party, big or small, Stephanie is your girl! She enjoys taking the girls on walks and outings, and playing with them at home. She encourages our preschooler's creative play and language development. And her love of music, dance and Spanish-language are a plus. Stephanie is always ready with a smile and a hug for our kids. She is indeed an awesome nanny! We are very lucky to have her as a part of our family.
