I have worked at the YMCA for nearly three years now, in such programs as the child care center, rec room, day camp, swim lessons and other various children's programs. I have quite a bit of experience with children of all ages, since I work with kids from six weeks to 12 years at my job. I have also babysat for roughly eight years now and I've taken care of up to 10 children at once at the YMCA and I have experience in caring for multiples and children with special needs. I am passionate about what I do because I want to help people, and especially children, as much as possible and in any way possible. I enjoy teaching children how to do various things, from spelling their name to swimming, and knowing that the work that I do plays a small role in improving their lives.
